Robertson County Busted Mugshots is a private reference site, not a government office. It cannot confirm custody, release a person, post bond, or obtain an official booking record. Direct those requests to the responsible government office or record custodian.
Official Records and Custody Contacts
For Robertson County jail, roster, and booking-record questions, start with the Robertson County Sheriff's Office and its Records Division. The public office address is 1006 W US Hwy 79, Franklin, TX 77856. Mail may be sent to PO Box 1109, Franklin, TX 77856. The non-emergency and records telephone number is 979-828-3299; the fax number is 979-828-5845. Public hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. For jail-specific questions, use jailinfo@robertsoncountysherifftx.org. For records requests, email info@robertsoncountysherifftx.org with “Records Division” in the subject line.
The right source depends on the kind of record and the custody stage. Official channels below are the appropriate starting points, not proof that every requested item is publicly available.
- For a person currently shown at the detention center, use the RCSO current inmate roster. It is a current-custody view and displays booking photographs when the official entry provides one.
- For a recent release, check the RCSO released roster, which is limited to the prior 48 hours under the agency's roster disclaimer.
- For an older booking record, a photo request, or a report created by RCSO, follow the Records Division request instructions and identify the date, report type, names, and any case or booking number. The office does not accept blanket requests.
- For an official wanted-list or warrant-related information, use the RCSO's most-wanted page and the county's court or law-enforcement contact route. The site has no verified public warrant-search portal.
- For a case outcome, contact the appropriate Robertson County clerk or court. A roster charge is an accusation, and only the court record can establish a dismissal, plea, conviction, or other disposition.
- For a sentenced person in Texas state custody, use the Texas Department of Criminal Justice public information page. TDCJ custody is separate from an ordinary county booking.
- For federal custody, use the Federal Bureau of Prisons inmate locator. For immigration detention, use the ICE Online Detainee Locator. Neither replaces the county roster, and neither is an RCSO booking-photo source.
